I want to offer You a recipe for a meat terrine, which will adorn the holiday table and weekday dinner with family. Tasty and original, juicy and zesty! This terrine can be served with a side dish or as a separate dish, and in the cold it will be good for sandwiches. Come and help yourself!

Ingredients for “Meat terrine with liver, eggs and mushrooms”:

  • Pork


    700 g

  • Chicken liver


    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    (3 boiled, 1 minced)

    4 PCs

  • Onion


    2 PCs

  • Mushrooms


    300 g

  • Mustard

    (Home from TM “Haas”)

    2 tbsp

  • Salt


    to taste

  • Allspice


    to taste

  • Spices


    to taste

  • Greens

    (any of Your choice)

    1 Puig.

Cooking time: 120 minutes

The recipe for “Meat terrine with liver, eggs and mushrooms”:

Pork fillet without fat, cut into pieces. Onion peeled and also cut into wedges. Skip the meat with onions through a meat grinder.

For cooking we will need Homemade mustard from TM Haas. it is moderately spicy and will give our terrines juiciness and zest.

In minced meat, add the egg and mustard, mix well and let stand.

Chicken liver mince.

Mushrooms finely chop. I was frozen, but of course you can use fresh.

3 eggs boiled and finely chop.

In a large bowl knead well minced meat, liver, eggs, mushrooms, salt, spices and pepper to taste.

I have unfortunately no classic rectangular baking dish terrine, so I put the meat in a different silicone form. Our bake the terrine in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

When the terrine has cooled slightly, spread it on a dish and decorate with greens, vegetables and served with mustard.
