Dinner in honor of the 200th anniversary of Veuve Clicquot Rosé

Exactly 200 years ago, it was invented by one of the world’s most famous champagnes – Veuve Clicquot Rosé. In his honor in Kiev was held a dinner at the restaurant Comme Il Faut.

Guests of the anniversary evening, decorated in shades of pink, I learned not only interesting facts about the rose, for example, that Veuve Clicquot has come up with it quite randomly, mixing red wine from the champagne region of Buzi own production, but also tried himself in the role of the French confectioners. Together with the chef Comme Il Faut Stefan Wittenoom congregation prepared a festive desserts, not forgetting to try the brand name apron.
