Cut ciabatta in half lengthwise, but not completely, so it can be opened like a book. Then cut across in half.
Heat a large non-stick pan and place it on the bacon. So the slices remain flat, it is better to press them flat cargo – for example, putting a sheet of parchment and put on top of the pan. Fry until crisp, 2-3 minutes on each side. Ready the bacon drain on paper towels.
