3 easy new year’s recipe from the restaurant “Tinatin”

Ingredients:

Sauce satsivi:

  • Walnuts — 200 grams

Ingredients:

  • Beef giblets: the heart, lung, tripe — 200 grams
  • Red cheese — 20 grams
  • Khmeli-suneli — 2 grams
  • Coriander — 2 grams
  • Kandari — 2 grams
  • Yellow flower (Georgian spice) — 2 grams
  • Onion — 1 onion
  • Salt — 3 grams
  • Fresh coriander leaves — 10 grams
  • Pomegranate (seeds for decoration) — 40 grams
  • Vegetable oil — 70 grams

Preparation:

Beef giblets — heart, lung, tripe — clean, wash and cook until tender. Then finely cut and dressed with a red sauce. Add seasoning, Khmeli-suneli, coriander, kondari and yellow flower. Chop the onion and put all the material in the pan. Fry, add salt and fresh coriander. When serving, decorate with pomegranate seeds.

“Tinatin rolls” (1 serving)

Ingredients:

  • Sour cream 20% – 106 grams
  • Suluguni cheese — 100 grams
  • Bell pepper — 20 grams
  • Fresh Basil — 5 grams
  • Fennel — 5 grams
  • Armenian lavash — 70 grams
  • Lettuce — 40 grams
  • Garlic sauce — 65 grams

For the garlic sauce you will need:

  • Sour cream 20% – 50 grams
  • Fresh dill — 10 grams
  • Garlic — 10 grams
  • Salt — 1 gram

Grind all the ingredients in a blender and mix.

Preparation:

Lubricated sour cream sheet of lavash. Suluguni cheese RUB on a grater and sprinkle them with pita bread. On the edge of the pita bread put diced bell pepper.
